When a law enforcement officer requests your drivers license and identification, and looks you up in David, does that computer system give him how many times you’ve been pulled over or investigated and for what reasons? Even if there was no actual arrest only police contact?

When a police officer runs your driver's license, they can see the status of your license, including if it's active, suspended, revoked, or none on file. They can also see a list of previous citations and status changes. The officer may also see your criminal history, if you have any outstanding tickets or warrants.

Based on those items will determine how the rest of the stop might go.
